Meet the Founder

Movement has always been a major part of my life. Long before I found Pilates, I was an athlete. I played basketball throughout high school, continued at the collegiate level, and eventually had the opportunity to play overseas. Being an athlete taught me discipline, resilience, body awareness, and how much the smallest details in movement can impact the way you perform and feel.

My love for Pilates grew from that same appreciation for movement. What initially began as another way to move my body quickly became something I wanted to understand on a much deeper level. I fell in love with the precision of the method—the idea that movement isn't simply about completing an exercise, but understanding how and why you're doing it. Pilates gave me a completely different perspective on strength, control, mobility, and the connection between the mind and body.

That passion led me to pursue my BASI Pilates Comprehensive education in Istanbul, Turkey, where my training extended across the Pilates apparatus and mat work. I also traveled to Basi HQ in California to learn directly from BASI Pilates founder Rael Isacowitz during his Set Up for Success workshop and continued my education through specialized training in Pilates for Injuries & Pathologies: Orthopedics in Rome, Italy. Continuing to learn is incredibly important to me because the more I understand the body and the Pilates method, the more intentionally I can teach it.

Athletics are still a huge part of my life today. My husband is a professional basketball player, so I continue to see firsthand what years of high-level training, repetitive movement, travel, recovery, and the demands of professional sport can do to the body. Between my own athletic background and being alongside his career, I've developed an even greater appreciation for movement that supports the body not just for performance, but for longevity.

Dream Pilates was created from all of those pieces of my life coming together. I wanted a place where I could share the method I've grown to love while giving people the individual attention and education that made me fall in love with Pilates in the first place. My goal is for you to understand your body better, move with intention, and experience just how much Pilates can give you—both inside the studio and in everyday life.

Ready to Feel the Difference?

As the founder of Dream Pilates, my mission is to share the Pilates method as it was intended—with precision, purpose, and passion. Every session is taught with compassion and intention, helping you develop strength, mobility, confidence, and precision while experiencing the transformative benefits authentic Pilates was designed to provide. My goal is not simply to give you a great workout, but to help you move better, feel better, and live better beyond the studio. The best time to invest in your mind and body is today. Your future self will thank you.
